• Character Limit: Please add your name to the "Name" text box. You can use up to 10 characters, including accented letters.
• No Emojis: We cannot embroider emojis or symbols, so please do not include these in your personalisation. They will be removed from any order that comes through to us.
• No Block Capital Letters: Please do not add your name using ALL CAPITAL letters, as this does not work well with our embroidery font. Using all capital letters is done at your own risk.
• Name Length: Please note that names of different lengths will come out in different sized fonts due to our embroidery process. For example, the names "Ben" and "Johnathon" will have different sized lettering. We do not accept returns due to name size variations.
